Our Story

Founded by Suvin Sukesh, Urban Gyro & Chicken was born out of an obsession with authentic street-side hustle and uncompromising culinary craft. Inspired by late-night New York food carts and elevated for modern palates, Suvin set out to build a canteen where heritage marinades, open fire roasting, and unhurried hospitality come together every single day.

What started as a single countertop concept has grown into a beloved neighborhood fixture: rooted in respect for raw ingredients, bold spice profiles, and a warm gathering table for our community.
